After 33 years at the Fountain Hill Center for Counseling and Consultation, I’ve left there and relocated three miles away at American Seating Park.

American Seating Park is on Broadway just west of US 131, and between Leonard Street and Bridge Street.

Coming down 131 from the North:  Get off at Leonard, go right – West on Leonard a block and turn left – South down Broadway.  That’s the left next to “The Shade Shop.”

Coming up 131 from the South:  Get off at Leonard, go left – West on Leonard, under 131, and then take a left on Broadway and go South.  That’s the left next to “The Shade Shop.”

American Seating Park is a four story remodeled factory.  There is ample free parking inside the Park, which is accessed off Broadway.  You will see the black sign with white letters for “Clark Place 801 Broadway.”  You want the 4 story building with the white façade on the south.  Walk to the doors that have “Clark Place” on them, go through, turn to the right and enter into the lobby.  You will see mailboxes along one wall, and the elevator. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and turn left to Suite 436.  I am the first door off the elevator and the sign will read “Atwood +.” 

Walk in through the door, but don’t be surprised when you walk into the kitchen! 

This is a “Luxury Apartment,” and one of the 4 out of 20 that have been converted into office space.

I am in a “Two Bedroom” in “Clark Place.”  In fact, my office was the model for the fourth floor apartments.  Remember, don’t be surprised when you open the door and walk into the kitchen!
